We are 100% compliant with data security and data privacy laws and regulations. Our data erasure and destruction processes are NIST 800-88 and DOD 5022.22M compliant, and we provide our clients with a certification of all data erasure and destruction.
Certificate of Recycling
E-waste is the fastest growing waste stream, and almost any product with a circuit board is now banned from landfills and is considered hazardous waste, requiring special handling. We see an increase in laws and regulations to address this growing issue. To date, 25 states plus the District of Columbia have passed e-waste related legislation. We provide our customers with a certificate of recycling to document the proper handling, processing, disposal, reuse, and recycling of e-waste.
